You don't have to work weekends and theyake sure that you have the tools to be at your best. I don't mind the atmosphere altogether, you get what you applied for. We have loving people that work there. Pay is good and monthly bonuses is good. Dont tell people that the damage from rare and dramatic calls will not impact their standing and not follow through on that. I had to retire my position there due to this.
